Recognition of SSLG By Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos

Farooq Ansari, the Founder of the Solving the Summer Learning Gap Club, recently received a letter from the United States Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos, and the US Department of Education. In this letter Secretary DeVos commends the awareness-raising efforts and action plan strategies of the SSLG Club, and she recognizes its dedication to improving the educational opportunities for and lives of underprivileged children in Orange County and around the nation.
